We currently ship orders to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

We do not currently offer shipping outside the United Kingdom.

Washing machines are large and heavy appliances. Depending on the product and delivery arrangements, the carrier may contact you to coordinate delivery.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order when required.

Before ordering, customers should make sure that the delivery address can reasonably accommodate delivery of a large appliance.

6. Tracking Information

Where tracking is available for your order, we will provide the relevant tracking information after your order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier receives the shipment.

Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights regarding goods that arrive damaged, faulty, incorrect, or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

If you realise that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.
